Joining C.O.B.B.

If you live in the U.S. currently, the only way to join C.O.B.B. is to join Chapter 1 out of Florida. I am currently working on getting a So.Ca. C.O.B.B. Chapter going.
For this to happen we need 15 GOOD members to be recognized as a Chapter (9 of those positions are officer positions, from president to secretary.all elected positions) This is NOT like the old C.O.B.B. Lots of changes were made for he better.
